Batalha – Alcobaça – Nazaré

With output from Fatima, we will visit the impressive Monastery of Batalha, with two predominant styles Gothic and Manueline, the Batalha Monastery is one of the most beautiful of Portugal, began construction in 1386 and completed in 1517. We continue then to Alcobaça, where we enter the monastery with the same name of the city, the Monastery of Alcobaça is the first fully Gothic work built on Portuguese soil. It was started by em1178 Cistercian monks. It follows the visit to the city of seven skirts, the beautiful Nazareth, where we will see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazareth and its promontory with a stunning panoramic left the beach.

Almourol Castle - Boat - Tejo River
